如果有下廚，也愛吃西式料理的話，那應該對Microplane刨屑刀不陌生，史上最好用的刨屑刀就是這個品牌了～鋒利、特殊設計的刮片，能輕鬆刮出雪花般豐軟的乳酪絲，把剛起鍋熱騰騰的義大利麵盛盤，用這把刨屑刀刨出好多好多乳酪絲屑蓋滿我的麵～每次做義大利麵，最喜歡的就是這個步驟了，因為看起來超療癒，而且接下來就可以開吃啦！有些人可能會覺得買現成的罐裝乳酪粉直接撒不是更快？但要苦口婆心跟大家說，去買一整塊的乳酪自己刨吧～～鮮香濃郁的風味和罐裝乳酪的真的差很多，不用怕太大塊用不完，整塊冷凍起來可以保存兩個月不是問題，要用的時候也不需要退冰唷～

回來說說這把刨刀，它不是只能刨乳酪，舉凡硬質香料（肉豆蔻、肉桂）、蒜頭、柑橘皮類或巧克力都可以使用，基本上就是家裡請一定要有一把！因為這個牌子非常有名，家早就有了，是市面上比較常見有塑膠把手的那種，後來翻閱《365日。：日常生活與餐食》與《& Premium特別編集 私の料理教室ノート。》，發現渡邊有子也有推薦這個牌子，但是是無把手、設計更簡約俐落的版本！因為有點外貌協會，馬上就想要～但這款設計我在台灣沒有找到，費了一番周折才入手。

實際使用後發現，一般有把手的版本寬度是2.5cm，這把寬足足多了一公分，能加倍快速刨出大量的乳酪絲、檸檬皮屑或香料屑，而且因為沒有把手只有刀刃，等於是兩頭都可以反著輪流使用，比起有把手版 ，能利用的面積更大，買一把能用更久～

總之這把真的超棒，大家真的要入手，一起讓餐桌風景更豐富可愛吧！
