岡本（對就是做保險套那家岡本）最近出的這款食品用脫水膜最近在社群上滿紅的，簡單包裹住冷凍食材解凍或直接裹著生鮮食材冷藏，就可以把生鮮內部的腥臭與多餘水分吸收掉，把鮮味完整留在食材中，這樣簡單處理過的肉品，不只美味度UPUP，如果要煎或炒也更容易上色（尤其是煎干貝時最有感覺），因為阻礙梅納反應的水分已經被事先去除囉！

這款脫水膜的原理非常簡單，將水飴和昆布萃取物夾在食品用半透膜（聚乙烯醇薄膜）內，水飴是高濃度分子，會自然吸收食物中的水分和小分子的腥臭成分（氨、三甲胺等），但分子較大的鮮味成分（胺基酸、核酸等）無法通過半透膜，所以就會被留下來啦～～聽起來簡單的原理，沒有高超的技術可是無法達到的唷，這竟是日本的工藝呀～～

除了保存鮮味與去腥，對我來說這個膜還提供我一點自由度，水分是細菌滋生的溫床，用這個退冰食材，就算過了兩天沒有去煮它，食材還是一樣新鮮（拿牛肉實測過了，是真的喲）譬如說週一原本要煮的肉已經退冰了，但臨時有事不能煮怎麼辦？以前會回凍，但其實反覆解凍食材真的非常影響食物鮮度，後來改用這個包裹著，就算過兩天再煮一樣很新鮮美味，真的是煮夫煮婦必不可少的好物呀～～～

Pichit日本脱水保鮮膜有三個吸收度，這款是最日常使用的吸收度，一般冷藏庫的食材管理很夠用了！
