先是看到日本網友評價説，換了這把飯勺後「米飯變好吃了！」 引起我的好奇心，決定也入手用看看～因為這個評論也太浮誇了吧哈哈哈～拿到手後使用，發現雖然是也不至於到「米飯變好吃」（還是要買厲害的米才行哈哈哈）但的確是非常順手好用，細節非常多！

這把由東屋監製、宮島職人手工打造的飯勺，最大的特色就是那薄如刀刃的勺尖，切入米飯時幾乎沒有阻力！」翻鬆剛煮好的米飯時，它能像切蛋糕一樣溫柔地撥開飯粒，不會像一般勺面偏厚的飯勺那樣，容易把米飯壓扁或弄得糊糊的，反而讓每一顆飯粒都能均勻接觸空氣，悶過後吃起來更Q彈！

很多人擔心木頭飯勺會黏飯，這部分有小秘訣，只要使用前先浸泡清水約 2 分鐘，讓木頭毛細孔吸飽水分，就完全不黏飯了！還有一點很療癒，因為材質是無塗裝的天然山櫻木，那股淡淡的天然木香配上米香，是塑膠材質比不上的高級感，這也代表它沒有任何化學漆，剛買來是粉嫩的淡黃色，用了幾年後會變成深沉穩重的琥珀色，這就是屬於你家廚房的歲月痕跡。它的手把曲線是根據人體工學微調過的，特別加厚並設計了優美的弧度，握起來非常有份量感，是認真能陪伴一輩子的料理好夥伴。雖然單價比一般飯勺高一些，但耐用又美觀，也喜歡木飯勺的團友可收～
