有一種感覺，用久了的好鍋，真的會變成家的一部分。很喜歡土鍋，厚實的鍋體、渾圓的可愛形狀，透露出冬季獨有的風情，用土鍋吃火鍋、炊飯、燉煮料理，那份美味真的不同，雖然市面上土鍋百百款，但只想推薦自己真心喜歡的，那就是東屋的伊賀布袋鍋。自己已經愛用東屋的炊飯釜多年，也一直想收東屋的布袋鍋，無奈這款日本國內自己就很熱銷，品牌說要等～～這一等就是一年多（恐怖）終於趕在年底到貨囉～

每只布袋鍋都是職人以手工拉坯成形，釉色樸實、邊緣略帶手感，每只都不盡相同，現在的便宜土鍋很多為了省事，會上塗層、加工，看起來十分平板無趣，而且缺少了土鍋最重要的「孔隙」！傳統土鍋是以多孔質陶土製成，也就是說鍋體上有許多微細的氣孔。這些孔隙能讓水氣出入，使鍋具能均勻導熱、蓄熱、保溫，用這只鍋煮飯真的香氣十足、燉肉也變得超滑嫩、味道更濃郁入味，因為是厚實的鍋，關火後還能保溫好久！是越用越有味道的鍋。每次煮完都覺得：「好啦，回不去了～」尤其是，土鍋不只是煮食用，還是美麗溫暖的食器，煮完可以直接上桌，剛煮完、還在冒煙的存在感，真的能讓整個飯桌瞬間變得溫暖。

這咖鍋真的不便宜，但一分錢一分貨，用過就知道！日本那邊快過年了，日本廠商都會優先供貨給日本國內，這匹鍋是好不容易拿到的現貨，限量販售，售完等待期較長，欲購從速～～
