為什麼中華鐵鍋要買日本的？原因就是漂亮又好用呀～～～我覺得日本真是很神奇的國家，可以把外來的東西變得更上層樓，咖哩就是一個好例子，扯遠了回來說鍋子哈哈，好久以前介紹過日本燕三条的中華鐵鍋後，就有團友敲碗，希望能有免開鍋、能更直觀使用的鐵鍋，於是又開始了比貨之旅，這款木屋就是最後勝出的王者👑

這款與一般的中華鍋相比，最直觀的優點就是「好輕盈」！ 重量僅約1kg，是小手人也能單手拿握的重量，這點很重要，直接影響了這咖鍋的使用率！工法也很講究，以日本傳統 「打出し」工法製成。由職人以鐵槌反覆敲擊，在千錘百鍊中逐漸塑形，每個紋理都是手工留下的痕跡。與大量壓製的鍋不同，打出鍋的金屬結構更緊密，導熱均勻， 鍋面細微鎚紋能讓油分與熱力均勻分布。「打出し」需要專注與耐力，每一口鍋都要經過上千次敲擊才能定型，所以雖然鍋身薄，卻非常堅固耐用，沒有任何塗裝，完全展現鐵鍋的原始質地。隨著日常使用，鍋面會養出油膜，自然形成不沾效果，操作起來也就越順手，是真正能陪伴一輩子的「一生物件」
和一般不鏽鋼鍋比，這咖導熱速度完全不同！炒飯變得超香超好吃～而且鎚打紋太美了，看著都開心，雖然是職人等級卻非常好上手唷。

大家可能會怕純鐵鍋容易生鏽，但多年使用下來的經驗是，只要洗淨後徹底燒乾水分，根本不會生鏽的！而且鐵鍋的聚熱效果非常好，能很輕易拉高溫度，炒出傳說中的「鑊氣」，要不沾也很容易，只要把鍋子燒熱到撒上水滴，水滴可以滾成水珠的熱度，這咖鍋子就會是天然不沾鍋了（但要記得食材不可以冰冰的下鍋，食材和鍋子的溫差太大還是會沾）

最後來是要跟大家再次科普一下，最好還是不要使用不沾鍋，雖然不沾鍋科技日新月異，但只要在使用的某一瞬間塗層開始剝落，就是影響健康的開始，這也是覓覓從來不推薦不沾鍋的原因，自己都不敢用怎麼推薦呢？無塗層鐵鍋雖然使用完需要烤乾才能收納以免生鏽，但真的能用一輩子很安心～溫度還能拉高炒出更美味的料理，真的是一生好鍋唷！
