市面上這類型的刨絲器，大部分都是搓板式的，但這個不一樣唷～是像刮蔥器一樣直接把根莖類刨出細絲，兩種工具使用起來，覺得最明顯的差異在於「省力」，搓板式的是手抓著蘿蔔在板上搓，其實不太好出力，這把相反是手拿刨絲器去刮蘿蔔或牛蒡，使用起來更輕鬆些～可以省力兼輕鬆完成各種刨絲需求。這把是小柳產業出品的，天然朴樹木手柄非常堅固、不易滑手且握感舒適，刀刃部分則是燕三条18-8不鏽鋼刀刃，可以安心使用。

除了認真實用之外，私心以為這把好美呀！光看著心情就好哈哈～所以雖然木頭柄不適合進洗碗機，我還是會選擇木頭啦～～～但其實清洗也不會麻煩，因為通常不會沾附油脂嘛，水沖一沖晾乾就好囉！
