KOTANYI是來自奧地利的百年香料品牌,也是奧地利當地的皇商,除了產出高品質的香料供應給皇室,也行銷至世界各地!上次介紹過研磨辣椒鹽後有團友敲碗希望也有他們家著名的喜瑪拉雅山岩鹽與胡椒海鹽,原本是覺得這兩種東西很常見,好像大同小異沒必要推薦,結果試吃後發現亮點還是不少的~首先歐香尼家的研磨器雖然是一次性使用,但好用順手的程度和專門品牌不相上下(這點很難得),再來就是滋味一流,因為原料選得好!
 
KOTANYI選的 喜馬拉雅岩鹽 100%天然,是產自喜馬拉雅山南部的旁遮普地區高海拔橙色喜馬拉雅鹽,這種鹽的特色是富含鐵質與各種礦物質(所以呈現粉色調)且鹽的滋味比較不鹹且回甘,簡單來說就是多撒一點也不怕失手讓料理過鹹很方便~因為產自高海拔地區,所以鹽質純淨無污染,不管用來調味任何料理都好合適!
 
胡椒鹽 則是懶人必備,我煮義大利麵超愛用它!這罐的比例很棒,研磨出來的滋味不會感覺胡椒太多太嗆或鹽太多太鹹,整個就是剛剛好~而且滋味講究,海鹽取自克羅埃西亞的帕格島,黑胡椒粒選自世界各地,但絕對符合最高品質標準,每一批胡椒都要送至沃爾克斯多夫(Wolkersdorf)工廠的黑胡椒粒都經過嚴格檢驗後才會被封裝於密封罐中,等待每一次的新鮮研磨!胡椒和鹽香氣非常馥郁唷~
 
總之兩款都很棒,偷偷說,這種平常常見的東西但還是推薦,就代表品質一定很好唷!
