這個開胃好吃，是添加了青森蘋果，以直火燒炒的濃郁咖哩粉唷！煮起來的質地濃稠滑順，能夠完美地包覆米飯，就算不加肉，只用洋蔥和馬鈴薯來煮也不減美味，COSMO的青森蘋果咖哩粉是以直火炒製，這個方法其實很容易燒焦，但明火燒出來的香氣與色澤無法取代，所以就算無法太大量生產，廠商還是採用這個比較麻煩的方法，這就方便到我們消費者啦～一般咖哩塊如果要更好吃需要先炒過，但用這種明火燒炒的咖哩粉只要直接倒入熱水或熱高湯中攪拌煮開就香氣十足囉！

另外跟大家分享一下快速煮咖哩心法，煮咖哩最怕馬鈴薯在濃稠的咖哩鍋裡焦底，所以要不斷攪拌超級麻煩，方法是先把馬鈴薯放入高湯中煮軟，接著才加入炒至金黃的洋蔥絲、肉塊與咖哩粉，在煮滾一次就可以放冰箱等第二天享用，用浸泡的方法讓馬鈴薯和肉塊入味，不只節省了大量守在爐火前攪拌的時間，咖哩的口感也會比較絲滑、更適合拌飯，避免煮過久太糊稠的尷尬狀態唷～
