富有層次的好滋味！熱那亞羅勒青醬則是很傳統的熱那亞（Genova）配方，裡面有松子與腰果兩種堅果，還加了兩種乳酪與大蒜調配香氣與滋味，完全沒有添加色素所以顏色不會非常鮮綠，但絕對是滿滿的香氣與鹹香～雖然拌麵也很好吃，但小店主最愛的吃法還是抹麵包，搭配玉米濃湯就是很完美的早餐。
使用方法都很簡單，可以直接當抹醬使用！但如果要製作義大利麵的話有不同的美味訣竅，青醬的話不耐高溫，建議等麵炒好後熄火再拌入青醬，當然直接拌水煮好的義大利麵條，再淋一點橄欖油與鹽，也是義大利人很正統的吃法唷！
