富有層次的好滋味！番茄紅椒羊乾酪醬的顏色是漂亮的橘紅，是用義大利產的新鮮蕃茄與紅椒，搭配義大利產地認證的瑞可達(Ricotta)起司製作的，比起辣味蕃茄麵醬，這款比較甜口、帶點紅椒的煙燻香氣與乳酪的奶香，直接拌義大利麵或抹麵包都很美味，適合喜歡吃番茄但又不喜歡太酸的人！

使用方法都很簡單，可以直接當抹醬使用！但如果要製作義大利麵的話有不同的美味訣竅，紅醬的使用方法是，熱鍋爆香一點點培根，加醬汁稍微翻炒一下，再添幾勺煮麵水來拌炒你喜歡的義大利麵～更偷懶一點直接拌水煮好的義大利麵條，再淋一點橄欖油即可，但如果要拌麵，記得要加一點海鹽，才能完整襯托出醬汁的鮮香美味唷！
